i wonder if those were 100 lbs plates, whcih would place the weight at around 450. if they were 45's meh no biggie really.

i went to a pling comp today and saw some scary shit though. some dumps on the bench, and during the squatting one guy lost control and leaned forward, and 900lbs rolled down his back, over his head, and onto the floor!

needless to say, everyone there was shocked, but thankfully everyone was alright.
