    1250mg/week Sustanon

    Last week I started my cycle with 1250mg/week Sustanon along with 50mcg Tiromel/day and 20mg Tamoxifene/day. In your opinion 20mg Tamoxifene/day is sufficient to combat gyno and bloating?

    Should be plenty for gyno, For bloat I use an anti-e like A-dex @ .25-.5mg ED.

    Agreed. Nolvadex will have a minimal effect if any on bloating.
