How do take it?

Mine's funny...but it is soooo good. Evaporated milk and sugar! I like cream...but evap milk is the shiznit. I'm not the biggest coffee drinker in the world...but I've been drinking this mix for close to 15 years. My grandfather started it way way way back.

iteresting I use a combo of cream and milk

and I have also added 25 mgs of Ephedrine hcl........... "Whoot" is all I can say

I do that twice a day now on this cutting cycle

Sounds good for a cheat day Money...Evaporated milk...wow!

I like mine...with a little bit of skim milk and two packages of sweetner. Trainer would flip if I used anything else......oh...and, a nice Latte in the afternoon with sugar free vanilla syrup!

I use skim milk and splenda........ Borring but I don't like it too sweet........ I can't stand Starbucks and such.

Try this:

Make some strong coffee (1/2 cup boiling water + 1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee)

Let it cool.

Chuck it in a blender with 5 ice cubes, a little milk and a scoop of chocolate whey.

Blend.

Drink. (Mmm m mmmmm)

agree, but i rather have a fresh cup of coffee.instant is as gross as the milk or sugar.

make the coffee the way you'd normally do it, but throw a piece of dark chocalate in there before you turn it on........add cream and a little splenda to the final product and your golden

My younger sister got me started with black coffee. It used to be fu-fu Starfvcks, but now I can't fathom the idea of payin $3+ for a cup of coffee. When I don't feel like coffee some Green Tea with splenda does it nice too. Sounds kinda bitchy, but hey, I like it.

i take mine, black.... no sugar no nothing . i drink coffe from about 5 in the morning till 10am....i drain a 12 cup pot . i brew another pot for 2pm and drink till 4pm about 3 to 4 cups. and i dont drink decaff. community dark roast is my brand. i didnt start drinking it till i was 26. at work coffee was free, so i figured what the hell...i'll try it.........now more than 20 years later.....i am hooked! i dont use tobacco products...i dont drink alcohol often and i dont do any drugs.......women and coffee will be my demise!

when I drink it its black. Sometimes I mixit with whey, sweetener and coca. It doesnt taste as bad as it sounds.

But Tea tastes much better
