    RALA before drinking alcohol?

Been 100% perfect for 2 weeks and tonight I am going to a party and getting tanked, what a cheat meal. Waht effects can I expects from popping some RALA before drinking. I might throw in a burger so my tummy has something in it, other than flax and tuna.

    I wouldn't waste the R-ALA.

If you're concerned about your liver afterwards, just take some milk thistle, 2-3 grams of vitamin c, and drink 16 oz of water then hit the sack.

Vitamin C is a good anti oxidant, and after you get drunk it definitely helps to pop a couple grams.

taking it before drinking can be both a good and bad thing depending on what you drink. If you pop r-ala and drink pure alcohole and consume no carbs you can become slight hypo. Not dangerous but maby make you feel sic.

Otherwise it will help the liver a bit and reduce the damage of the carbs slighely if you drink beer/cider/drinks. But Id rather take vitamin c for those purposes.

yeah the reason i take it before drinking is cos of the carbs in most alcholic drinks

    vodka no

but it depends what kind of wine...if it is a dry wine then there arent a lot of carbs. if it is a dessert wine the r-ala would be useful

I usually take ALA after drikning to help with any hangovers and such. It does wonders for the liver and can really help the day after. But I don't drink that much so when I do the hangovers can be bad.
