I have been on creatine for about 8 weeks now and have put on significant size and strength...and the bloated look that goes along with it. I've always been all about getting bigger, but I'm planning on starting to cut; I'd really like to see some abs, striations, get those veins popping, cut down bf%, and have that lean, hard look. The only supplements I'm currently using are whey and casein proteins, glutamine, flax, creatine and dextrose. I was wondering if I should just drop the creatine and dextrose altogether (I take them with my pwo shake) and add a thermogenic, caffeine and some green tea. Also, should I keep using my other supplements (glutamine, flax, etc.) while cutting? Also, my water intake was ridiculous while on creatine (about 2-3gal/day)...should I significantly reduce my water intake to get that hard look? Thanks!
