i think its genetics bro my abs are a bit weird to, my left side of my abs sits a little bit lower than my right side, it ****en pisses me off but theres nothing i can do

its all genetics. everyone has different layouts to their abs. look at the difference in coleman/cutler/jackson etc they all have a completely different appearance and lines in their abs, but no less development. a perfect example is sly stallone, look at some of his older pics when he was ripped to shreds, the layout to his abs look like he has broke sumit hehe, but still, outstanding abs

genetics on my one side my abs have the 6 pack shape on the other my top ab is like a triangle i hate it but what else can you do ... besides when your chizzled who can really say anything anyway
