i use 23g 1.5" for glutes (butt) and 25g 1" for delts and quads and 25g 5/8" for bis and tris, but glutes, delts, and quads should be enough for you.
also no, i would not waste my var for just one week of it. save it for next cycle and run it for 6 weeks.
