I'd have to see a different pic to make an accurate assumption on proportion, size. Those camera phones can often take some shitty pics, and he's so close its tough to tell. Also, the neck could look longer b/ of the angle of his cam tilted upwards. Tell him to take another one.

I'd like to know what his cycles look like. When I start cycling I would definitely like to have his size, albeit with better proportions. He looks like a comic book character, but not in a good way. That head of his looks absolutely tiny.

The guy's neck has a weird protrusion on the left side of the picture, looks abnormal. His neck is retarded and seems to have been photoshopped. However, if you can produce another pic like SwoleCat said, we can judge his looks better. I think a lot of camera phone pics are out of proportion because of the small lens aperture.
