Just wondering if you workout with a partner?? and who that partner is? I usually lift with a friend from work and we seriously keep each other pumped and make our workouts 150 % but he started a new job and hasnt been able to meet me until today. so we started out a little slow today, cuz he hasnt lifted in like 2 weeks, but once he warmed up we had a hell of a workout, one of the most enjoyable and painful (in a good way) ive had in my life. so if it wasnt for my workout partner i wouldnt be makin the progress i am. anyone have any stories or anything concerning their partners?? is it a roomate, girlfriend, coworker, best friend?
