Todays my birthday.
I could go on and on, about how I'm approaching 30 like a freight train
...but I wont.
This date is shared with two influencial people (to me at least)
...Bruce Lee and Jimi Hendrix
Many AR members have been influencial to me aswell.
Giantz and johan both get five stars.
Alot of the things we learn here would be hard/impossiable to learn anywhere else. Poupular-opinion from those you find credible about the "serious stuff", is truly priceless.
People who are quick to point out a post with incorrect information on anything fitness related shows the real passion.
Case in point, often I use this fourm as a learning supplement to my future fitness career.
Looking forward (used loosely) to my next birthday at AR.
