    Glass Ampules Suston 250

    I just got my last shipment in and they are all in glass ampules. I hate these things. What is the easiest way to open them. There has to be something better than what I am doing....any thoughts?

    girlfriend nail file, score the amp and snap off

    Thanks.....just file it down all the way around to make the glass weak and break it off
