Need to up the test

My first cykle i did 500mg of test ew do i need to up this to like 750 for my next run or will i have the similar gain with 500?

Second cycle I would add either EQ or Deca to the mix and run my test at 5-600mg/wk. No need to go up to 750 too quickly IMO.

I was planning on doing test 750 and deca at 600 but then maybe i´ll go with test 500 again and add some deca at 400mg ew

If you aren't running the cycles in close succession you should be fine running 500 mgs weekly.

Is that three months after PCT which is included as part of your first cycle, or 3 months since your last injection. Could make a difference. Probably 3 months after last injection. Go ahead and add in a little Deca or EQ into the equation. Try to keep your total under 1000 mgs between all the gear together including any orals if thinking that way.

Example: 500 test & 400 EQ equals 900 mgs total ea week. Any combo will work. Just stay under 1000 mgs.

time on time off and you will be fine running 500mg per week of test, just try adding another compound with you test next time round,
