My Test amps have crystalized.

I have some underground sustanon glass amps and they have been laying around for a while now and I just got them out and realized that there is crystals (looks like little white specs) stuck on the sides of the glass amps. I read on elite fitness that some amps if left on their side this will hapen to (never had a problem with my human grade gear).
ANyways they said you could heat the glass amp with a lighter and shake it and it will disolves the crystals again. My question is I have enough of these amps for a cycle and I dont feel like heating each one up. Can I throw them in the microwave or stove.

heat up some water, not too hot....and drop them in let'em sit in there that should help put it back in solution. I wouldn't cook them or wave them cuz it's too hard to control the temp.
