Does it mattter what kind of Benadryl i use so that i can run my clen for longer then a 2 week period?? ( nighttime benadryl, extra strength) i have read that u should take 100 mg at night for a week on your third week of a clen cycle

But I know people who take it during the day so they use non-drowsy. As long as it has benadryl in it, you're ok.

i think this would work fine as long as u take 100mg everynite on your 3rd week of clen. i have this in my medicine cabinet right now

thanx i got the nighttime extra strength it is 50 mg so im taking two each night for a week

All the active ingredient is,is Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride.Do a google on the side effects.

yup.. some benadryls taht dont have diphenhydramine wont work in this case to my understanding.
