Is it illegal to sell IGF?

As long as i dont promote it for human use. I wonder because I see so many sites selling it as a research chem. along with other compounds like liquid femera, cialis, nolvadex. Any body know how they can do this? BTW here is a pic

So I first wanted to test the pic by uploading it. Now I realize it will be way to small.

What about importing the Gensci brand? Iam not looking at this as a way to make lots of money, but am wondering if I sold these kits would I be breaking the law? Thanks to all who chime in.

Why not e mail muscle-research and ask him all the legalities behind selling IGF?After all, that's what he does do for a living.

So far it's not illegal to sell lr3IGF-1 as a research chemical since it's not scheduled by the DEA. I'm sure it will be in the next few years and we'll remember back to these times when we could buy it legally. Even with a credit card right off the site!

Yup, now rhIGF-1 is illegal because it's prescribed for growth in adolescences

rIGF-I is a perscription medication. Selling it for human use would be a crime. It is not scheduled however.

Unless you intend to use for research purposes, then it is illegal.

I'd talk to an attorney who is familiar with:
    Patent Law
    FDA regulations
state Rx distribution laws where you intend to sell

Or you can just assume that you can get put in jail, be heavily fined AND be sued by any patent-holder.

Still sound like a lucrative business?

The companys selling it are self-restricting their sale to keep their reputation as research companys.
It isn´t illegal, but they must be sure, that the product won´t be given to non-professionals and to those, using it for any other purpose, than their own research.

Just read the rules on the MR-site and there you have all the legality issues stated.
