I am 5"11, 195 and have an active job.
Week one of anadrol, test, and deca.
I only got in 4300 calories today with :
154 fat grams
481 carbs (not including my dextose drink after gym)
290 protien.
I know I probaly need to up the protien and calories, but now I have a bench mark.
How many do you guys consume and what ratio's while on a bulking cycle?
