    ~~~ T3 - What time of day to take it?~~~
    Unlike Clen, I have no idea if T3 has a short half life (>12hours). My real question is, what is the half life and is an AM dosing prefered. Just trying to get some solid sleep while stacking the Clen/T3.
    what do u mean by "all"? t3 and clen can be taken at the same time (first thing when u wake up). yes
    "all" was in regards to the total amount of mcg's being taken in one sitting. Another words, not splitting the doses up throughout the day. Sorry for not clarifying.
    yes, take it all at once. the reason to split up doses of some substances is: 1 sides to bad when taken all at once. like with clen. 2 makes it easier on your liver. like with anadrol. or 3 substance has a short half life and requires muli doses. like anavar.
    this is not a problem with t3
    Id be tempted to split it up, to at least try to mimic the body's natural release of t3. But, either way sounds good, lol.
    How many mcgs of T3 should I run? My clen cycle looks like this
    Day 1: 20mcgs
    Day 2: 40mcgs
    Day 3: 60mcgs
    Day 4: 80mcgs
    Day 5: 100mcgs
    Day 6-53: 120mcgs
    Of course, I will only increase and stay at 120mcgs if the sides are tolerable. Each of these doses will be split into 2 and taken at 2 different times of the day.
    After week three, I will taking 100mg of Benadryl before bed each night.
    5g of Taurine everyday
    200-400g of Potassium everday
    1+gallons of water
    Sorry to hijack the thread! But I cannot find any info on the T3 dosages, and I figured you all would know!
    Also, should my blood pressure change any while on clen and T3? Should my body temperature remain normal (mid 98s)? I have heard conflicting info from different people. Thanks again!
    You need to do ALOT more research dude...
    Of course it is going to increase your BBT (if more than a maint. dosage is taken)...
    Also, your BBT, and the way it reacts, is a good way to judge what dosage to administer... everyone reacts differently...
    Well I've decided to ditch the T3 until a later AAS cycle to prevent muscle loss. I will be starting the clen here in the next week. I'm getting my BBT this week. I've done many searches and asked many questions, I couldn't find the answers I was looking for in at least 10-15 posts I searched so I figured I'd just ask. Thanks again
