im ordering 1 bottle/mg 1mg/ml Long R3IGF-I from ar research. I am a rookie to this product. how much do you take at one time? The important ? is how long will one bottle last for?

Good point. Hugegastros you need to do some research, ARs profile section is a great place to start. How long one bottle at 1mg/mL will last depends on the dosage you use.

If you use 50mcg/dy one bottle will last you 20 days. I am NOT saying 50mcg is an ideal dose just providing an example.

You really need 2-3mls to do this right. Yeah, you need to research for about a week on how to do this. I would do it with test.
