    Tbol packaging and dosing question

    My tbol is from BD...comes in one pack with 500 tabs. Once you open it, that's it, its open. There's no reclosing. Any suggestions? Can I transfer it to an old vitamin bottle?

    I'm going to take 50mg/ED. Do you guys split it up or take all 5 at once?

    Also: with or without food?
