is pump-tech supposed to be taken on an empty stomach, like no xplode is? Someone sold me a 200 bottle for $15, I'm sure it's crap but I figured it couldn't hurt. What doses do you all recommend for a 245 pound bulker?

Yes, follow the same guidelines as NO2. I does work if you drink allot of water all day.
Having said that, it's not worth the retail price.
