I dont know what it is but whenever i am dieting i get this foul gas that i cant even stand. Is there anything i can do to get rid of it?

its more than likely the protein...i get it too
it sucks when youre in a car for multiple hours with multiple chicks....im nearly in tears at the end because my ass cheeks are clenched tighter than a bro in the jailhouse shower
you could try over the couter gas control medication, and if youre still having problems with it, go see your doc, my buddy has a prescription for bad gas
