Other than increased pain, is there any other downfall?

Because I said my Test-E was extremely painful, more painful than the Prop I took, and it took me about 5 minutes to get out of bed because I couldn't even roll over, much less pick up my leg.
I didn't masage it much, I masaged my prop injection very well. Is it possible to over-masage an injection?

ba just sterilizes the solution for no infections and other bad stuff happen when injecting
