Is there no one that knows the answer to this question? I would greatly appreciate ANY help that I can get. Even if it's as simple as "take one pill a day" or WHATEVER anyone has tried. Thanks!

take like 3-5gs a day. all at once is ok. what are ur pill dosages?

if u notice u start to get sides and they are too much t handle when takin all at once, you can spread out the dosage

The L-Taurine is 100mg pills.
