Hello ,
1.Do i need Clomid or any other anti-astro ?? ( what amounts if i do)
2. i want to do my next cycle with Deca , what is a good "time off" between the two cycles

week 1 - 250 Sus
week 2 - 250 Sus
week 3 - 500 Sus
week 4 - 500 Sus
week 5 - 250 Sus
week 6 - 250 sus

bro first of all dont pyramid and you always need clomid to keep what you gained and anti e's unless you want tits...and 6 wks is not long enough that stuff kicks in wk 4 so what are you gonna gain?? bro do some research before you go wasting money....good luck

You need 12 more sus, Run it 500 a week for 10 weeks. Also about 40 clomid and 40 Nolvadex.Run the Deca 400 a week with the sus. I'm about to start a similar cycle and heard you get good gains from it.Do a search on first cycle. There is a lot of great info on this board. If your going to do it, do it right learn as much as you can before you start.

I agree that you should run 500mgs for 10-12 weeks but if this is your first cycle you can do well with 250mgs a week. That is what my first cycle was and I ended up with about 7lbs that I kept. Now however 250mgs doesn't do too much so keep that in mind for the future.

i'm currently in week 3(500mg) my new plan is :

week 3 - 500mg sus
week 4 - 500mg sus
week 5 - 500mg sus
week 6 - 500mg sus
week 7 - 250mg sus
week 8 - 250mg sus
week 9 - 250mg sus

my questions :
1. where can i add decca
2. im currently taking also AST 19NOR3 ( is it ok ?)
3. when should i start using clomid and nolvedex
4. how much time off do i need untill i start the next cycle

p.s: this is my first cycle .

Personally I think you should do your cycle (if you have enough gear) 500mg throughout your entire cycle (I'd inject about every 4-5 days). Deca should be started now if you are in your first week. Deca takes about 4 weeks to start kicking in. I would lay off the 19 nor, that is a prohormone and may hinder some of your gains that you may get with your sustanon. It also will allow more of that test to convert into estrogen.
Yes you need some Nolv, and Clomid. I didn't start seeing gyno problems until week 3 on sustanon. It takes about that long to work in your body. Keep some Nolv on had just in case.
Clomid should be taken three weeks after you last shot, yes three weeks. It should run 100mg a day for first week of Clomid and 50mg a day for second week. this is to help your natural test levels get back to normal. Also helps keep your gains. I would save the 19 nor for after you finish your cycle. Myself, I wouldn't even do the Nortestein at all, I would just throw it away and stick to the real stuff.

remember eat clean and drink lots of water, Sustanon bloats some people didn't me but I hear it does for some. Good luck.

or should i stick on 500mg until the end of the cycle ?

Generally you would run clomd 3 weeks after your last shot of sust.

Day 1 300mg

day 2-11 100mg

day 11-21 50mg.

Clomid=gains kept.
