when i started training i was 168 pounds after hardcore training eating and also sleeping

i then got my weight up 2 210 pounds pretty lean, after tht i was involved in a car accident which totally ****ed up my wrist and i was unable to train for along time, i lost a hell of a lot of my gains in strength and size after sum time i then got back in 2 training and got up 2 203 pounds lean and stayed like that for a good while then after an incident which i care not 2 mention i ****ed up tha same wrist and my left shoulder, and i was out for sum time again, my weight dropped back down to 180pounds and i have maintained this weight lean for a while now, now that my shoulder and wrist are pretty much ok (thanks 2 GOD) i wanna start bulking again, so to answer your question i was like 170 before i juiced, if i hadnt had tha string of bad luck i have had i would be about 220-30pounds lean, hope i have answerd your question brother...
