Ive been reading in this forum alot lately and see many many ppl use chicken as their protein source, along with, tuna, salmon, beef ,eggs, turkey
my question is:
does any one use center cut pork chops? they are supposed to be high protien, are easy to cook and definetly a tasty change from the usual
whats your views?
not good, good, ways to prepare them?
i appreciate any infomation
