    Reconstituting GH with B12

    I am new here. I have read most posts and also the educational material and found the answers to most of my questions. I am ,for the time being ,getting my gh from a Florida clinic. They send B12 with the gh for reconstituting. I feel good on 2iu ED Maybe it's the B12. Any thoughts on this? Thanks

    Alot of time i mix my GH with B12 as well. They both give you different benefits that you experience (feel). with the B12 i feel my mood improves, and apetite, with GH i sleep better, burn fat, lose grey hair...so i think your experiencing a combination of things, but they are independant of one another.

    how long will the hgh be stable when mixed with b12?

    should be 2 weeks...the same PH as if you mixed with bac water.

    The other added advantage is you can see if you got all the liquid out of the vial on your last draw because of the red colour BTW..this is a little off topic..but, i also rip the tops of all my empty vials and draw out the tiny bit of liquid that you sometimes can't get out, and out of the 10 or so vials i get another gh shot!

    How much B12 are you guys mixing with the GH. From what I've seen most people recommend 500mcg a day. Is this the dose that you guys are going with. I'm going to add B12 to my regiment but hadn't thought of adding it to the GH.

    Also, I assume that there is no problem drawing and shooting subQ with an insulin needle.

    Thanks for the info and the idea guys. Now I just need to know what dose to go with. Thanks for the help.

    My B12 is 500mcgs/ml so i add 1ml to reconstitute the GH, I have bought 1000mcg/ml B12, but i think taking to much B12 is gonna leed to a deficincy in other vits.

    Mallet, so what do you consider to be a good dose. Do you believe that 500mcg a week is a sufficent dose if taken in 5 doses of 100mcg.
