    Military Food

I am at a Military School in the US, and am having a hard time getting enough good food. Any of you got any suggestions on some healthy things i can keep on hand that i don't have to be able to cook. I really don't have much of a problem getting enough food here, but it is nearly all junk, and only open 3 times a day.

are you in private quarters or in 4 man rooms?

i'm in the canadian forces, my buddies and I always go and buy one of those small mini-fridges, they ussually have them at the Cannex (about 150$), which base are you at? Protien Powder/Meal Replacement drinks are always good, w/skim milk in the fridge, the top of the fridge is ussually flat and double's as a "mixing station"

I know what your goin thru brutha, all the food that is served is hi-calorie/carb based, same goes with MRE's

    what base are you at?

Fort Lewis has a goddamn Mall in it (literally, like Wal-Mart, Tacobell, everything) - you shouldn't have a problem getting access to food outside of mess hours
