    Why not ask them? If they could afford to get you a 4-5K watch for a birthday present...they should be able to help you out now.

    Sorry if I seem insensitive, but people lose money all the time. Hell $1200 would not even be a start to pat back some of the lessons I have learned.

    You have got to be kidding me. Asking for money from strangers on the internet. Talk to your friends and family.

    I don't understand your logic. Oh well, good luck with that. You sent the watch before confirming the escrow co. was legit? They have a place for these types of things called small claims court.
