    Beginners Cycle Comparison

    I was set on starting a relatively simple beginners cycle 12 weeks of 500 mg test eth (250 X 2/week), plus nolva, and proper PCT.

    Then I recently came across this other "beginners cycle" only half the time 6 weeks - I was curious what you guys thought would be better for my goal of putting on perhaps 10-15 lbs. of muscle currently at 6'1", 185 lbs as of now. I know there are so many variations was wondering if there is any significant difference either way, whether the addition of Deca is worth it, et al.:

    Week # 1
    Monday- 200mg Testosterone Ethanate
    200mg Deca

    Week #2
    Monday- 200mg Testosterone Ethanate
    200mg Deca

    Week # 3
    Monday- 400mg Testosterone Ethanate
    200mg Deca

    Week # 4
    Monday- 400mg Testosterone Ethanate
    200mg Deca

    Week # 5
    Monday- 200mg Testosterone Ethanate
    200mg Deca

    Week # 6
    Monday- 200mg Testosterone Ethanate
    200mg Deca

    Week # 7-9
    Take 1 tablet 50mg Clomid 1 week after your last injection everyday for 21 days.

    I wish I had followed it more closely with regard to using two unknown substances.

    I'm in week 5 of a 500mg test-e/wk cycle. Lovin' it: feels like I'm 16 years old (with bills to pay and a job). Started with dbol weeks 1-4 but the sides were brutal headaches. Still have some slight headaches here and there but it seems ok.

    I'm planning on running the test for 10 weeks plus pct with clomid and nolva and my second cycle, I'll use deca and test-e. I'm a little lethargic sometimes but I'm working out ALOT and when I'm in the gym, I'm a freakin' animal. Good clean gains are coming and tonnage per workout goes up each time. I was comparing my workouts form week to week last night and I'm pushing lots more than I was five weeks ago. I'm going to try and graph it to submit it to the board.

    I'm up close to 20lb of weight since I started but that fluctuates a few pounds/day. Eating 5-7000 calories is a bitch. Gotta go eat. Good luck and REALLY, run one AAS fro your first cycle so you can zero in on the cause of any sides.

    1st cycle imo should be 500mg test 10-12 weeks,correct pct to follow!

    Good stuff ... read that post you gave the link for it's excellent. I can see why you'd only want to put one substance at a time and see how body reacts. Makes sense it's logical. I'll go with the straight test eth with proper PCT. 20 lbs.! Wow, assuming I train hard and eat right ... coming from a 'first cycle' person like myself this definitely gives me ample motivation and incentive, even if I only put on half that amount it will be well worth it. Appreciate the responses.
