Hair Loss. Is this for real?????????

I just took my first shot of Nile Sustanon 250 on Sunday. Now it's Wenesday, and if I run my fingers through my hair and pull on my hair lightly I will get several strand to come out very easy. What is this about. one shot and hair loss. How do I prevent this from happening? Is the hair loss permanent?
