dont know about both of them but started running clen i was surprised in a good way so maybe just try the clen by itself

Im doing it right now, just dont take to much clen other wise you'll be shaken while trying to stick yourself ... not cool.
doing a prop and var cycle to build lean mass, clen is for pct.
