Carbs PWO
I wanted to attempt a Keto diet. If you consume zero carbs for 1 1/2 days then consume an A$$ of carbs PWO...say 3x a week...would this be beneficial?
Example:
Sunday: No carbs consumed
Monday: No carbs consumed
Tuesday: No carbs consumed up to 3:30pm, then Heavy Carb up PWO
Wednesday: No carbs consumed
Thursday: No carbs consumed up to 3:30pm, then Heavy Carb up PWO
Friday: No carbs consumed
Saturday: No carbs consumed up to 3:30pm, then Heavy Carb up PWO
