Help...Nolva or clomid for pct?

Hi Guys!

I am going for a 8 weeks cycle with sustanon and dianabol !

week 1-8 250 mg/ sustanon
week 1-6 30 mg/ dianabol
week 1-8 10 mg/nolvadex

What is the best pct cycle for me ? Is nolva better than clomid?
Do i need hcg?

Firstly, whats your training experience?

Second, 8 weeks is too short to run Sust. Minimum 10-12 weeks to gain the full effects of its 4 esters. Also your dose needs to be increased to 500mg/wk.

Third, I'd keep the Nolva on hand and se if any sides arise. Itchy, puffy, irritable nipples, also lumps beginning to form, run Nolva immediately at 40mg/ED until sides subside, then 10mg/ED therafter.

Finally, PCT can be run a number of ways. Their are many protocol's which suit some, but not others. I dont like Clomid, so avoid it. Nolva can be run alone for PCT and is more effective mg/mg than Clomid is at raising serum levels of LH/FSH, inturn testosterone. 20mg/ED for 4 weeks should suffice. Possibly running 40mg/ED the first 3-5 days of PCT.

HCG can be used, this is what I choose to do. HCG/Nolva/Proviron. Like this:

wk 1-3 HCG 1000ius/ED (Mon/Wed/Fri)
wk 1-5 Nolva 20mg/ED
wk 1-5 Proviron 50mg/ED

Supps include; Creatine 5g/ED, L-Glutamine 10g/ED.

I have only trained for two years!
This is my third Cycle, my first cycle was dianabol and deca and my second cycle was Only sustanon for 10 weeks..250 a week.
Is nolva alone enough for pct ?? I only have nolva...

I have trained two years seriously. On and of i have trained five years..

Nolva and clomid works best together for me.
