    I got a little Problem

    Hey guys, I been workin out for 3 years and im in pretty good shape, pretty cut, everything except for my abs...it seems that everytime I start to eat a lot (even tho its lean) I seem to get a littel extra on my gut area... Im a college student so I dont have a lot of money, but I do eat a lot of lean meat. I eat about 4-5 times a day... I often make burgers because they are so quick, but the burgers I have only got 6 grams of fat... other then that I eat tuna and chicken and eggs and protene shakes? What is the problem? Why am I not getting results on my abs? Is there any other foods you guys can suggest? How many carbs and fat shud I be taking in daily? im 5'11 185 21 years old.... any help on dieting wud be aprrecaited!!! thanks a lot fellas !

    Its not possble for anyone to say exactly how many carbs YOU need, just pull back on them slightly until you start to loose the BF, knowng your own body is the key,once you've done that you will be able to control your weight much easier.Maybe cut the bread out and pull back on dairy to start with that should help.Remember though,nothing drastic,just do it slowly!

    cutting without a cardio is just like a tree with out any water source

    post your diet ..

    we've got a lot of good members who would tell where R the places that you should take a close look @

    burgers arent exactly lean meat. maybe try turkey instead or pre cook more chicken or up your fish...

    diet and proper cardio.. thats only way to do it
