    what do you think?

    im coaching a new guy through his fist contest. its in May and right now he's only 8%bf. he's 6' 245lbs. its the NPC's in vermont. anybody know somebody who's going to that show? watch out for this guy, he's 20 years old and he's bigger and more developed than anybody i've ever seen. he's in his first cycle ever. look out for him, absolute animal

    Ive been on and off the forums for a year and a half or so. Ninety nine percent reading and one percent posts. Most of the posts I sent should have been researched a little more! Looks like you need to up your reading/research percentages!

    It's cool. Just go the the AR Lounge and post the same question. Lots of people on this side are easily aggitated because of the high amounts of testosterone they have going through their system
