First things first 38yo 6'3 230 14%bf been training for 20+ years not always as hard as I should but managed to stay in the gym, have been hitting it pretty hard last 18 months or so.This will be my first cycle, so i tried to keep it simple.
wk1-8 test prop 150mg qod
wk1-8 nolva 10mg qd
For PCT going 40mg Nolva first 2 weeks then 20mg for 2 weeks
I tried to keep the number of sustances low so that i can gage how i react to each thing. I have my diet pretty set been taking in around 300g protein a day going to up that to around 400g a day.
Not real sure what to expect but Im ready for the mental boost as much as anything, feeling a little old at the momentIf there is anything I forgot would be great if you guys could point it out.
Oh yea had CBC, Metabolic Panel, Test levels, Lipid profile and PSA done and everything looked ok, Test was low normal kind of what I expected.
