Hey all i am just wondering about fatt loss for my girlfriend she wants to add somthing to help her training alone.... she is already in damn good shape use to be a varsity vollyball player and now we hit the gym 5 to 6 times a week with cardio at min 4 times a week....... but she just wants to try to get over that last hump any ideas other then clen i dont really want to get her that i take it somtimes lol but not for her.........
