2000cals/day too little for 190 pounder?

Im cutting, but I am also looking to continue with strength gains. My total daily (6 meals per day) diet breaks down to about:

    300g protein (1200 cals)
    150g carbs (600 cals)
    50g fat (450 cals)

Just wondering if you guys think this is too little

Depends on your lbm% really. So kind of hard to say. But as for improving strength gains, then yeah, probably too little kcals.

I'm eating 3150 cals a day at 182lbs, I'm at about 7% bodyfat if that helps. I do cardio 4x a week for 20 minutes and weight lift 5x a week.

how tall are you? 190 on a 6'4 guy is a whole different story than if you're 5'4.
and how much muscle do you have? ^ like these guys said, 190 is that fat or rock?

Im 5¨11 and weight around 190 or so when Im at 10% bf and I cut at 1800-2000kcal.

Do you lose strenght? If you lose strenght Id say it is to little kcal.

I'd start a bit higher and work your way down to 2000cal. Better to start too high than too low and lose valuable muscle.

    yeah, what johan said

i would up your cals a little through low GI carbs and EFAs (your protein intake is high enough). as you start to lose weight...slowly lower your calories
