    How Do You Think

    With regards to dieting i.e cutting calories,carbs,increasing protein,fat e,.t.c.

    Would you look at your diet totals per meal(each single serving) or for the in general for the whole day in???

    I am a fan of keeping all the meals spaced and even in caloric value..

    Well, what you eat at each meal is going to add up to what you eat daily.
