I work out in the morning. I wake up eat my anadrol, followed by chicken or beef with plain oats in water. I wait 45 minutes drink my shake and then go work out. Then after I work out another shake. For lunch always some rice or pasta with another protein. Im wondering how many meals after that should contain carbs. I realize that you have to eat some but should Include one more meal with a higher amount of carbs because I train early? i usually eat three or more times after lunch. with a little protein mix before bed
