    D1 Football Player Needing Help!

OK well I have posted a few times regarding T4. I have heard multiple things on it. I have heard good and bad reviews but nothing to make me shy away from doing my first cycle. Listen seriously though guys. I am extremely confused on the amount I should start off with and cycle up to. I am 24 years old and a former D1 Defensive End. I am right around 295lbs. And I have no idea where I should start with this T4. I was thinking of starting at 25mcg a day for 4 days and moving up 25mcg more every 4 days until I hit 100mcg a day. Now I am hearing that this is way to low for me. Can someone please clear this up for me. I am not trying to F*ck up my thyroid but I am also not paying for this stuff to waste it. Could you guys give me some feedback on a proper cycle and your overall results. Thanks in advance!

I know you are going to do what you want regardless but if I were you I would worry about your diet first. I;m sure you are used to eating anything and eveything to maintain that weight so if you created a deficit and did a good ol ECA stack you should obtain what you are looking for.

ECA is ephedra, caffiene, and asprin. combined w/ a good diet and cardio, it will do an excellent job of burning fat.

    Ephedrine Caffine and Asprin

When they are combined they become a potent fat burner. Take some before AM cardio on an empty stomach with your diet in check and you will be good to go.

Bro you are a big kid. I'm sure you had to eat alot to maintain that weight and if you just visit the diet forum and look at the cutting sticky that will be all you need.

I would try that first before jumping into anything. The body is a remarkable machine that can be programmed to do many things.
