Need to get lean n hard !

Wks 1-3 Dbol 25-35mg ed

Wks 1-6 , 9-15 Proviron 50mg ed

Wks 1-14 EQ 500mg

Wks 10-15 Winni 50mg ed

PCT starts wk 16

Dont have any test or enough test so wont throw it in there

personally from the looks of it i think u rely on gear for thing you should accomplish through diet/cardio but oh well

prop/eq will serve u well enuff if u wanted to keep it simple .. win is over rated but u could use it as well

just wouldn run so many dif compounds unless YOU NEED them which i highly doubt it oh well GOOD LUCK

So your 5"9 at 195 and youve done 5 cycles? All were bulkers and your at 15-16% BF? Somewhere in your cycle history you got screwed. Ok you dont have enough gear to run a good cycle so your going to "use up" what you have left "before the expiration date". Wow, this is why people f*ck themselves in the a$$. Just sell the gear cus this cycle is sh*t. Sorry for being so blunt, but you could do much better with a proper diet, and cardio. Winstrol only hardens up the muscle you already have. If you ar e15-16% BF, then it wont show. Try to get doen to 10-11 or even single digit BF% then do a cutter. Its easy to do bro, just use your head and get a good diet. Then cardio your ass off until you reach a goal. then cut with proper cycle. Right now your not going to be cut, you will bloat up and not like the results, or the dead dick.

Im not flmaing you in any way bro. Try to eat more with a proper diet. Check out the diet forum and use one of them with cardio before you juice. how long have you been lifting? And once again, im not flaming you, just trying get you on the right track. AAS are not miracle drugs, but enhance what you already have. If you do not have a proper base to start with, you will loose most of your gains. Try to jump on some creatine as well. Any other help just let me know.

i have been lifting for 4 mo..i have been using protein shakes and creatine 4 the whole duration....i only stand 5'3"..125lb...31 yrs..im going to start my first cycle very soon...i need some advice on what to take and how much and how long

Bf might be lower just fat around belly these calipers aren't that accurate I'd say lower 12-14 %. Anyways I knew this was coming I know its not a great cycle and will probably throw in some test but just getting thoughts from others about it .Originally I was gonna throw clen in the mix .

How old are ya too? My advice to you is to wait to cycle. 4months is NOT CLEARLY long enough to lift before you start a cycle. You will regret your moves bro. Alright, first you need to start lifting for at least 1.5-2 years before i would even consider using AAS. And secondly, what is your BF percentage? You may want to lower that before starting. Also, what does your diet look like? I really would recomend to workout for a lot longer before using. And in that time, I would really recomend staying on here to learn AS MUCH ON AAS, DIET, WORKOUT ROUTINES as you possibly can so you can get the heads up on your first cycle.
