Hi, I'm new & this is my first post. I have a question about Tiromel. I quit lifting for about a yr. after an extensive rotator cuff surgery, actually my 4th. I've worked out for years & since I haven't been I've become, well....unbecoming. lol I'm beginning my T3 & clen combined and have taken cytomel a few yrs. ago for 6 weeks but my question is: What should really be my max dose daily? Before on Cytomel, I went up to 50 mcg.. Is is safe to go a little higher? I'm about 15lb. heavier than before but not nearly as muscular which hurts my pride everytime I see someone at the gym I haven't seen for the past yr., yikes! Can I get some suggestions?
