    keeping gains from test e.

    I was looking at some charts on test e. avd.\disadv. from a scale of 1-5 stars. I noticed the streagth gains were very good, but the gains kept from the cycle were the least (1 star).Is this true, do you loose a lot even after a good pct.? If not why would two charts i've read say this. Give your alls results of kept gains 6-8-even 12 months after.

    the best chance to keeping gains comes from proper diet...

    Diet/PCT/PCT Protocol/Rest/Training and Genetics will determine keeping gains following a cycle.

    That should'nt be a prob I eat all the time(right now matter of fact).What was your ex. with test e.

    Gained 24lbs but lost it all AND MORE from getting pneumonia at week 11 on a 14 week cycle of Test Enan/Tbol.

    As long as I adjust my training post cycle, and keep up a religious PCT and good diet I expect to keep 75% of my gains.

    I'm about to start the same cycle as you are doing. 500mg Test E per week for 12 weeks. I want to gain 15lbs and keep 11-12 of them if possible.

    We'll see.

    24 lbs from pneumonia? Eating must make a world of diffrence. I've had walking pneu a few times too but man I did'nt lose nearly that much maybe like 5-6 lbs.Must have been vary dissapointing.I feel for you bro.

    Hospitalized for 5 days with my lungs filling with fluid. I had a temp. of approx 104.2 for a few days. I thought it was the end. Lost it all in 5-7 days.

    haven't started yet Ice but I will oh yes I will.Just wanted some good info first(which i'm getting). Your expectations seem resonable from this cycle,I'm also debating whether or not to throw in a 4 week d-bol stack for early fun.Keep us posted.

    I ran a Test e/deca cycle .. Been off 8 weeks now.. and Ive kept some nice gains.. I started at about 160/165 Lbs.. Ended my cycle tipping 190/195.. and Im holding solid at 182.. Stomach has Slimmed down and my arms and body are showing some nice definition...

    Thats what i'm talking about D.M.E, Any body ever kept there gains a long time after thier cycle.Many months after, or were you dissatisfied.

    shit I was VERY satisfied.. My first cycle that I ran I was stupid and didnt take PCT and the 23 lbs I put on I lost just as fast.. so me keeping this was great..

    Ok I have to make a point that no one has mentioned. Lets say someone gains 20lbs from a cycle of test. How much of that is actually solid muscle tissue? Maybe 5lbs. The rest will be water weight and fat.

    My point is its inevitable that you loose some weight after a cycle but there is no need to worry. The stuff you loose is the same stuff that comes out of the tap (a joke some guy made in the gym when I told him how much I gained on d-bol).

    So basically dont worry too much about loosing weight as most of it will be water. If your lucky and you do everything properly you will maintain your strength and muscle mass. If you have maintained your strength then chances are you maintained your muscle mass.

    Remember..............most of the gains are water so most of the gains you loose will be water too. Do you see? You blow up with water, you loose it when you come off.

    I average gaining 20-25 pounds durring a test e cycle; and keeping about 10-15 many months after cycle which I'm pleased about. I think throwing in deca will make gains more keepable

    vary good answer plymouth, of course I plan on loosing some water I was just a little freaked on the charts showing test e being one of the least kept gaining steroid

    I've read that 1-4 weeks of d-bol will give size and streagth while waiting on test to kick in so why not jump start.(I know this is a no-bainer but us new guys have to keep reminding each other.)Hopefully kept gains will be greater than test e alone. Any experiances......
