    Split Nolva doses?

    Is it optimal to divide nolva doses, e.g., 1 ml evening, 1 morning?

    I do. Taking 10mg in the morning, 10 mg in the eavening.

    not sure if it adds a bennefit, but leveling your blood levels is allways a good start.

    It has a long half-life so you don't have to break up the dosages throughout the day.

    its not necessery 2 do as its half life is 10 days
