    if im not mistaken liquid creatine is basically "creatinine" which the body cant utilize. always go with a powder form.

    Liquid Creatine is a waste of money powder form is the best way to go. If you cant stand mixing it with water which give you gritty water buy some capsules so you can just swallow it in pill form.
