    any drug abused can cause serious damage stick to the dosage and ull get the best results

    I meant if used properly. ie. 1 tab in the morning and one b4 workout.

    What is the recommended dosage for Hydroxycut? I thought it was a lot higher than 2 per day.

    3times a day, 3 capsules at a time. But I know they came out with a knew kind which you dont have to take as many capsules. But I heard it doesnt work that well.
