I am ready to start Hrt . I was feeling lousy and got blood work done. My test was 169. I see my dr. tomorrow and I would think he would start me on replacement very soon. My question is what kind of a diet would be best so I can get the most gains out of this? I am 44 yrs old weight trainer. I am about 30 lbs overweight due to a recent back surgery. thx for the help.
