    Im new at this - Dianabol

    A friend gave me a bottle of dianabol to try out. How much should i take? What else should i take along with it, and why?
    I am:
    155 lbs.
    6'0"
    21 yrs old
    work out about twice a week.
    hope to build muscle fast.
    How long should the cycle last? Please help, i'm new at this.

    No such thing as getin big fast , go to the diet section put together a good diet , then put together a good training regimen .. cuz 2 times a week will not do squat ..

    do some reasearch before you do anything . good luck .

    you should wait on the gear bro. 155 pounds is not big enough to start roiding

    snowboarder, you'll be happily suprised with the results that you can acheive naturally at this stage in your game. like omnipotent said, a good training and diet should give you some good results

    yes definately. never underestimate the gains you can get from training hard and eating right.

    taking creatine is a good idea too... its dirt cheap if you buy it from lion

    You have missed way too many meals in your life, time to play catch-up. At 155lbs and 6' you could possibly blow away with strong winds. Be careful.
